Academic Convenor of CAWRI Dr Trisnasari Fraser talks to Dr Frederic Kiernan, Postdoctoral Fellow in the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music. Fred talks about his research into Czech composer and musician Jan Dismas Zelenka (1679-1745), as well as his current project investigating how music scaffolds care and fosters social connection in the queer community. Fred and Trisna explore the conceptualisation of loneliness across psychology, history and sociology, and the challenges and opportunities of autoethnographic research.
